Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to sign Real Property Agreement between the City of Rapid City and Maple Green LLC for property located at 1111 North Maple Avenue.

Anamosa Reconstruction Project – Midway to Milwaukee. Project No, 07-1473.

Summary:

As part of the Anamosa Reconstruction Project, the intersection of Anamosa & Maple will be lowered up to 4’+/- to meet AASHTO design standards for a future traffic signal. The traffic study for the Project indicates a traffic signal will be warranted in the future. The lowering of the intersection has significant impacts to the access of the property at 1111 North Maple which necessitates purchasing the property for $1,350,000.00 based on appraisal and relocation costs.
